Many moto repair shops claim they work on KTMs but most small shops fumble around when working on high performance bikes. My Super Duke was returned in-time in great condition. I've never pulled up to any bike maintenance shop or gear spot where I was greeted with such great energy. And I've taken my Harley Sportster 1200 all up and down the west coast. I was looking for a spot to get my bike serviced and detailed and almost immediately through messaging on Yelp, I was hit back by (the awesomely named) Achilles who let me know just to bring her by and everything would be taken care of. Ben, who I get the sense is the big boss followed up and told me my bike would be fully taken care of. Sounded too easy.

Brought my sportster to steel Buffalo after looking for a local shop that would work on my bike. So many shops refused to work on it and told me to take it to the dealer. I like supporting private shops, small business. My brother was my mechanic and he passed away so trusting a new mechanic was hard. Ben, Achilles, Will made every effort to be communicative, honest and efficient. I will take all my bikes here and will refer everyone to this place. I honestly think the best thing about them is they will not let you ride on an unsafe bike. Appreciate that a lot! PS: I'd like to note that everyone was genuinely nice, no attitude, no ego. Just helpful nice people.
